FAQ
LAN does not work on Mac OS:
If you are using MacOS operating system (especially Sierra 10.12), please download the drivers for LAN port in the “Download” tab.
Question: All is OK, only Ethernet speed on adapter is displayed 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps, where is problem?
Answer: Please verify all cabling between notebook / PC and active Ethernet device (HUB, switch, router) and firmly plug in all RJ-45 connectors. Maybe help you exchange Ethernet cable between notebook / PC and active device for certificated one.
Question: There are LAN failures in macOS.
Answer: Drivers are installed automatically from the system. However, it may be that the automatic installation is not performed correctly. In this case, please install the drivers from the „Download“ tab. Caution: Only install the drivers in case of trouble!
