Description

This modern HUB offers 10 USB-C with Plug & Play functionality and up to 15W charging per port. With 10 USB ports, the HUB can charge up to 10 devices at once.

At the same time, the ports allow data transfer: two USB ports (1 and 6) allow 5 Gbps transfer and the remaining ports support speeds up to 480 Mbps (USB 2.0).

The HUB does not require any drivers to be installed, just connect it to your computer with a USB cable and you can start using it immediately. The HUB has built-in surge protection for your computer in case of short circuits on peripherals.

If you will only use the HUB for charging, there is no need to connect it to your computer.

Question: Can the product charge a laptop via USB 3.0 connector?
Answer:Technologically speaking, the USB 3.0 specification does not support charging a laptop via a USB 3.0 connector.

Question: The DATA LED is on but the data is not being transferred.?
Answer:Make sure the charging station is turned on.

Question: I have speakers/headphones connected in USB, but they are not playing any sound.?
Answer: Right click on the Start button and select Settings. Here select System and from the menu on the left side select Sound and change Output Devices here.

Question: What is the function of the Power button if I cannot turn on/off my laptop with it?
Answer: The power button is used to turn the product on/off.

Question: Can I use this device on Linux?
Answer: Yes, the product supports Linux. Please make sure your distribution is up to date.

Question: I have connected my laptop to one of the USB-C ports on the top panel but it does not charge.?
Answer: Some laptops will only charge at 15W max in OFF, Hibernate or Sleep mode.

Question: I plugged the drive into one of the USB-C ports on the top panel of the device but it transfers data very slowly.?
Answer: This product only offers fast data transfer of max 5Gbps on ports 1 and 6 (on the 10 port model) or 1 and 11 (on the 20 port model).

Question: Is it possible to use a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter to connect devices with a non-USB-C connector?
Answer:Yes, this is possible.

Question: Can this product be used 24/7?
Answer: Yes, this product is designed and tested to survive this demanding and continuous use.
Do not overlap the ventilation holes of the device under any circumstances.

Question: The device fan only turns on occasionally, is this desirable?
Answer: In AUTO mode, the fan will not turn on until the temperature limit of the sensor is reached.

Question: Is it normal for the surface temperature of the device to be uncomfortable to the touch?
Answer:Yes, through the metal body of the product, heat is partially dissipated out of the product.
It is to be expected that the temperature will be higher if most of the port on the device is fitted.

Question: I have plugged in a USB device, but it does not detect.?
Answer:If this station has already been connected to a guest device, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the station from the guest device.

Question: Can I charge/power and transfer data through this station at the same time?
Answer: Yes, this station is made to support data transfer and charging up to 15W at the same time.

Question: Is a guest device connection required if I only require charging from the product?
Answer: No, a guest device connection is not required.

Question: Some ports have stopped working, but other ports are working fine.?
Answer: Fully disconnect all USB devices from the HUB and then disconnect the HUB from the host computer. Then reconnect the last USB device to the HUB first. If the problem persists, please contact our support.

Question: The power cable for the HUB is damaged or missing…. Can I please order a new one from you?

Question: Is it necessary to have the HUB plugged into a wall outlet using the included power cord?
Answer: Yes. The HUB is not able to operate in “bus power mode” (from the host computer).

Question: The computer is not detecting the device or the HUB is not behaving properly.?
Answer:Make sure you have the current drivers for the USB interface installed on your computer. You can find the drivers on the official website of your laptop/PC manufacturer.

Question: Can I charge a laptop that has reached 0% battery capacity?
Answer: Some laptops require the connection of the original power adapter or USB-C PD adapter to charge them from a fully discharged state.

Question: Can this device be placed in a server rack or mounted on a solid surface?
Answer:Yes, there are handles included that can be mounted to the product.

Question: I have a laptop with a Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C port, yet the laptop will not charge.?
Answer:According to the Thunderbolt 3/USB-C specifications, powering the laptop is only optional. Not all laptops allow this option, especially laptops with power supplies over 100W. Also, some manufacturers restrict/block charging from docks/adapters not made by that manufacturer.
