Product Description
This universal 60 W USB-C power adapter provides a simple one-stop solution for charging your USB-C laptops, tablets or smartphones.
The adapter has an output voltage range of 5 V to 20 VDC, which is detected and set automatically. This make the adapter compatible with a wide range of notebooks including the Macbook Pro 2016, Macbook Pro 12” 2015, Macbook Pro 15” 2015, Chromebook Pixel 2015, Acer Switch Alpha 12, Dell XPS 13, HP Elitebook Folio G1 and ASUS UX390UA, to name but a few.
The USB-C plug is reversible, which means you no longer need to worry about finding the right orientation before plugging it in. This not only makes it quicker and easier to work with but also significantly reduces the risk of plug or port damage. The addition of a USB-A port (10 W) in the adapter housing provides the option to plug in and charge an additional device.
The housing is compact, 17mm in height, and weighs less than 170g, which makes it perfect for users on-the-move. The long cable, with a reach of more than 2.7m, provides additional flexibility if needed.

FAQ
Question: When I disconnect the USB-C Power Delivery Adapter from the docking station, the monitor will restart and disconnect and reconnect the USB device.
Answer: In this case, this is a standard behaviour described in the USB-IF Power Delivery Specifications. When the adapter is disconnected, the docking station must change its charging direction and take the power from the laptop. At the moment the power current direction is changed, all connected devices will reconnect.
Question: I have a laptop equipped with a USB-C connector, but it is not charged when the adapter is connected.
Answer: Make sure that the USB-C connector of your laptop supports the USB-C Power Delivery profile which is necessary to charge your laptop via the USB-C connector.
Question: My USB-A connected device is not charging or is charging slowly
Answer: Make sure that you are using the original USB cable which came with your device. Otherwise, the device may not be charging or may be charging slower than it could be.
