i-tec MySafe Backup 2.5″ USB 2.0 is an elegant external enclosure for all 2.5″ SATA I, II, III HHD and SSD disk with height up to 9.5 mm. An excellent heat dissipation thanks to aluminium construction. Connection to PC is possible via USB 2.0 interface. The device is compatible with newer USB 3.0 and also with older USB 1.1. You can backup your data easily because of a button and delivered „backup“ software.

FAQ
Question: HDD is not visible in OS?
Answer: Make sure of HDD is formatted. You can check it in Disk Manager, which you can find in Device Manager. There you can HDD format too.
Question: Device is not detected in OS?
Answer: There is evidently insufficient power supplying. Please, connect second USB ending into the free USB port of your computer. It will add some power to the enclosure.
Question: Are you unable to install HDD info enclosure? Is it unable to put in HDD by any way?
Answer: Pls, beware of this! The enclosure supports 2.5″ HDD with max. height 9.5 mm.
