FAQ
Question: The connected device disconnects or does not work correctly.
Answer: Make sure that the MOLEX connector of your PC’s power supply is connected into the PCIe card power connector.
Question: There is no communication after connecting a network cable.
Answer: Verify the wiring and whether the cable connector is properly seated.
Question: Everything works fine, but it only shows the speed of 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps. Where is the problem?
Answer: Verify all the cabling between the PC and the active element and push the RJ-45 connectors. Sometimes also replacing the Ethernet cable between the adapter and the active network element (HUB, switch, router) with a certified one can help.
Question: The card does nothing, what should I do?
Answer: Make sure that you have the drivers installed. The drivers can be downloaded from the Download tab.
