Question: Le périphérique connecté se déconnecte ou ne fonctionne pas correctement?
Réponse: Assurez-vous que la fiche MOLEX de la prise d’alimentation de votre ordinateur est connectée au connecteur d’alimentation de la carte PCIe.
Question: Il n’y a pas de communication après connexion du câble réseau ?
Réponse: Vérifiez que le connecteur de câble et le câblage sont correctement insérés.
Question: Tout fonctionne, mais il n’apparait que 100 Mbps ou 10 Mbps, où est le problème?
Réponse: Vérifiez tout le câblage entre le PC et l’élément actif et insérez correctement les connecteurs RJ-45. L’échange du câble Ethernet entre l’adaptateur et l’élément de réseau actif (concentrateur, concentrateur, routeur) pour la certification peut également aider.
Question: La carte n’est pas fonctionnelle, que dois-je faire?
