Domanda: Il box esterno non viene rilevato dal sistema operativo.
Riposta: Provare a collegare il dispositivo in un’altra porta USB/Thunderbolt (a seconda del tipo di box esterno)
Domanda: Il sistema non visualizza l’Hard Disk?
Riposta: Accertatevi, che l’Hard Disk sia stato formattato. Questa operazione è necessaria in particolare con gli Hard Disk nuovi. Per accertare ciò, andare alla “Gestione periferiche”, quindi aprire “Gestione dischi”. Lì si possono anche formattare gli Hard Disk.
Avvertimento! La formattazione elimina tutti i dati memorizzati. Pertanto, prima di avviarla, eseguire eventualmente il backup dei vostri dati.
