This HUB does not require the installation of drivers. You will just connect it with the USB-C cable and immediately you can start using it. Vraag: Sommige poorten werken niet meer, maar andere poorten werken goed.
Antwoord: Ontkoppel volledig alle USB-apparaten van de HUB en vervolgens de HUB van de hostcomputer. Sluit vervolgens opnieuw eerst de HUB en als laatste de USB-apparaten aan. Neem contact op met ons ondersteuningsteam, als het probleem voortduurt.

Vraag: De computer detecteert het apparaat niet of de HUB gedraagt zich niet correct.
Antwoord: Zorg ervoor dat er op uw computer actuele stuurprogramma’s voor de USB-C-interface zijn geïnstalleerd. U kunt de stuurprogramma’s vinden op de officiële website van uw notebook/PC.
