The USB-C plug is reversible, which means you no longer need to worry about finding the right orientation before plugging it in. The addition of a USB-A port (10 W) in the adapter housing provides the option to plug in and charge an additional device.

FAQ
Vraag: Wanneer ik de USB-C Power Delivery Adapter loskoppel van het dockingstation, wordt de monitor herstart en wordt het USB-apparaat losgekoppeld en opnieuw aangesloten.
Antwoord: In dit geval is dit een standaardgedrag, dat wordt beschreven in de USB-IF Power Delivery-specificaties. Wanneer de adapter is losgekoppeld, moet het dockingstation de oplaadrichting wijzigen en de stroom van de notebook halen. Zodra de stroomrichting wordt gewijzigd, sluiten alle aangesloten apparaten zich opnieuw aan.
Vraag: Ik heb een notebook met een USB-C-connector, maar deze wordt niet opgeladen, als de adapter is aangesloten.
Antwoord: Controleer, of uw USB-C-connector van uw notebook het profiel USB-C Power Delivery ondersteunt, dat nodig is om uw notebook op te laden via de USB-C-connector.
Vraag: Mijn via de USB-A aangesloten apparaat wordt niet of alleen maar langzaam opgeladen
Antwoord: Zorg ervoor, dat u de originele USB-kabel gebruikt, die is meegeleverd bij uw apparaat. Anders wordt het apparaat niet opgeladen, of wordt het langzamer opgeladen dan normaal.
