i-tec MySafe 2.5″ USB 2.0 is an external aluminium enclosure for all 2.5″ SATA I, II, III HHD and SSD disk with height up to 9.5 mm. An elegant black surface with an orange border. This enclosure metal body is rubberized so that it fits well in your palm the same as it is safe from coincidental fall from your desk surface. Connection to PC is possible via USB 2.0 interface. The device is compatible with newer standard USB 2.0 and older one 1.1 as well. Thanks to integrated cable you can connect this case to your laptop very quickly and comfortably. An extension cable for connection to farther USB ports, for ex. in PC, is included in the package.

FAQ
Question: HDD is not visible in OS?
Answer: Make sure of HDD is formatted. You can check it in Disk Manager, which you can find in Device Manager. There you can HDD format too.
Question: Device is not detected in OS?
Answer: There is evidently insufficient power supplying. Please, connect second USB ending into the free USB port of your computer. It will add some power to an enclosure.
Question: Are you unable to install HDD info enclosure? Is it unable to put in HDD by any way?
Answer: Pls, beware of this! The enclosure supports 2.5″ HDD with max. height 9.5 mm.
