FAQ

Vraag: Wordt het verbonden apparaat losgekoppeld of werkt het niet correct?
Antwoord: Zorg ervoor, dat de MOLEX-connector van de bron van uw PC aangesloten is op de voedingsconnector van de PCIe-kaart.

 

Vraag: De kaart doet niets. Wat moet ik doen?
Antwoord: Zorg ervoor dat de stuurprogramma’s zijn geïnstalleerd. De stuurprogramma’s kunnen worden gedownload via het tabblad Downloaden.

 

Vraag: De schijf wordt helemaal niet gelezen.
Antwoord: De PCI-E-kaart is alleen compatibel met NGFF SSD. Controleer, of uw SSD NGFF is.
