Vraag: Er zijn LAN-storingen in macOS.
Antwoord: De stuurprogramma’s worden automatisch geïnstalleerd vanuit het systeem. Automatische installatie vindt echter mogelijk niet correct plaats. Installeer in dit geval de stuurprogramma’s, die kunnen worden gedownload vanaf onze website onder het tabblad “Downloaden” voor dit product. Waarschuwing! Installeer de stuurprogramma’s alleen in geval van problemen!
Vraag: Er is geen werkende LAN-verbinding op mijn Android.
Antwoord: De Ethernet-verbinding moet rechtstreeks ondersteund worden door de tabletfabrikant. U kunt gemakkelijk de ondersteuning verifiëren in de instellingen – “Netwerkverbindingen” – “Andere netwerken” – en hier moet zich ook het punt “Ethernet” bevinden.
Vraag: Alles werkt, maar het apparaat toont alleen de snelheid van 10 Mbps. Waar is het probleem?
Antwoord: Controleer alle bekabeling tussen de PC/NB en het actieve element en druk op de RJ-45-connectoren. Het helpt ook om de Ethernet-kabel tussen de adapter en het actieve netwerkelement (hub, switch, router) te vervangen met een gecertificeerde kabel. Het probleem kan ook opgelost worden door een specifieke waarde in te stellen (in plaats van Auto Negotiation) in de eigenschappen van de netwerkadapters, punt Speed & Duplex.
