This hub features 7 Plug & Play USB 3.0 ports with standard USB charging capability – the hub automatically detects whether a chargeable device is connected. The available USB 3.0 ports allow charging up to 7 devices at the same time. The hub is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 / 1.1.
The hub’s individual USB ports can be turned on and off using the buttons located next to the ports. You can thus regulate the hub’s power consumption or turn off connected devices.
The hub does not require any drivers. Connect it to your PC using a USB cable and you can start using it immediately. The hub features integrated overvoltage protection that protects the computer in the event of a short circuit inside one of the peripherals. The pack contains an external power supply that ensures stable charging via USB with guaranteed charging output of up to 10 W per port.
But that’s not all. If the hub is connected to a laptop via a USB 3.0 port, it is also capable of high-speed data transmission, reaching up to 5 Gbps.

Denna HUB har sju USB 3.2 Gen.1-portar med Plug & Play-funktion och standard USB-laddning – HUB:en känner automatiskt av om en enhet för USB-laddning är ansluten. Eftersom denna HUB är utrustad med sju USB-A-portar kan den ladda upp till sju enheter samtidigt. Question: Some ports have stopped working, but the other ports are working well.
Answer: Fully disconnect all USB devices from the HUB and then the HUB from the host computer. Then first reconnect the HUB and as the last reconnect the USB devices. If the problem is not resolved, please contact our support team.
Question: The power cable for HUB is destroyed or missing …. Can I order a new one from you, please?

Question: Is the power adapter necessary?
Answer: Yes. The HUB is not able to work in the ”bus power mode” (from the host computer).
Question: The computer does not detect the device. The HUB does not behave properly.
Answer: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your USB interface installed on your computer. The drivers can be found on the official website of the manufacturer of your laptop/PC.
